ETA if he wanted to try that on a Kimbo Slice type of fight then that’s fine but a couple kids having a pillow fight needs to be handled better.

Looked like a good ol fashion one on one bare knuckle school yard fight. That was ridiculous. Let em fight till one has had enough and then pull them apart...suspended both for a week and go on about the day.

I’m all for toughening kids up but he went in way too hard. Seriously could have paralyzed that one kid. Over what? A schoolyard fight? Excessive and he should be prepared for some consequences IMO.

Its the opposite. You are the pussy who freaks out over a school yard fight. Your kids are probably sheltered little bitches. An adult doesn't need to full speed spear a couple kids for fighting at school.

Couple of problems with this mentality:
1. You don't know if this was a 1st fight or 10th fight for these kids on school grounds.
2. You don't know how many or how few fights this school deals with on a daily/weekly basis.
3. Fighting on campus with meager break up action leads to MORE fights on campus.
A tackle like this tells every moron on campus that IF you want to fight on campus = a spear tackle is in your near future. Proceed accordingly. This guy probably drastically improved student behavior for the rest of the month/semester/year.
