Italy - specifically Tuscany

or one of a few different islands

Haven't decided yet.

ETA: And I wouldn't "move out" but I sure will consider spending up to six months in another location at some point in my life.

Not really that specific. You named a region. Have a city in mind?

New Zealand seems to still be realitively free and is isolated enough.

I love that the former Eastern Block countries like Poland are so capitalist/free market now, but with Russia re-emerging I don't want to be that close.

I like smaller towns in Europe. I only like the big cities in Asia.

Just curious why people are saying Scotland. It's considered like the trashiest place in the British commonwealth.

Greve, Gaiole, Mantalcino, Montepulciano. Any of those would do and I could also have a little villa in the countryside.

A region is specific enough. It's like picking a state. I named a specific region of Italy.

In no particular order:

Italy, Germany, New Zealand or Australia, Fiji or Virgin Islands (non-USA), The Netherlands, Nicaragua, Thailand

That's more than 5 and I care zero

Hawaii is not a country but rather a state in the U.S. I will say it is much different than the mainland so that it feels like it's own country most of the time
