Best stat on earth:
Air craft carriers
USA - 20
China - 2
Russia - 1

Many of our allies have four each.

Ok, I'm clearly missing something. I get these are not cheap to build, but what's stopping China from building them? They'll build a skyscraper in a month if you asked them to.

Also, why are these militarily not easy targets for the Air Force to take out or take control of? They don't move that fast.

China and Russia have very different military strategies from America. They will never be able to project into North America so they focus on local minor conquests. Chinas navy is essentially just built to protect their landgrabs in the south china sea and eventually to invade taiwan

Good grief.

India having 1.3 billion people makes me cringe at how much that country smells like curry

These surprised me population wise, especially Pakistan

yep, China has expanded their navy massively the past few years, but not in anticipation of a confrontation with the USA...moreso with Taiwan/Phillippines and hoping that the USA stays neutral. They are building more aircraft carriers as well, but their main focus has been on landing craft.

I’m shocked with Bangladesh it’s such a small country in size it’s like the size of Louisiana

It’s crazy if a country like India or China go into some sort of war they could mobilize like 50 million people and that’s only like 1/20th of the population

I'm shocked at the lengths that China will go to suck a dick.

A Carrier group probably has more defensive capabilities than any US military base home or abroad.

Seriously, read Prisoners of Geography. The US and NATO control the world's water ways. If China were to venture outside of the straights that it has access to, it could mean war.

And could you imagine a strike on a US carrier now days? That too, would jump about 8 steps and bring us straight to war.

I don't know why China doesn't have the carrier capabilities. It could be a money issue? But we've always churned them out like butter since WWII.

As you probably know, Bangladesh and Pakistan were part of India. Then they became East and West Pakistan. India then assisted East Pakistan's independence to become Bangladesh. The Wikipedia page about all this is a good read. Just a ton of humanity in that region.

Visited India in 2013. It became a game that even if you were in the middle of nowhere on the highway you would see at least one person out the window. Just randomly crossing a field

Bernie would have you believe we’re starving our own people to have those aircraft carriers.

Bernie managed to get kicked out of a commune for being too much of a lazy fricker. Even other hippies called him a worthless POS.
