A billboard with a shout out of gratitude to the OT. Is that too much :)

Jokes aside, keep it going mate!!

Pay it forward. Many of the comments in this thread are from people that were once in your shoes and offered you great advice, you can do the same.

Focus, shithead

One moment at a time. That is all that matters

Keep reading the OT. It always makes me feel better to read the responses of this group of nitwits.

If you've been in a bad place and recovered, this is pretty much the best part of the process.

Good luck to you. I wish you the best. Don't be too proud to ask for help.

I don’t know about a mile but I will try it

Do it. Big muscle groups dump testosterone and release endorphins. Vitamin D from the sun. You need 15 minutes a day at least.

Part of your walk stop and do some squats. Pushups. Those big muscle groups will give you the most benefits.

I rehabbed from major surgery. Told me I was going to ha e cancer and my girl was just 8 months old. I got my entire colon removed. shite in a bag. Passed out in my driveway puking up my own stool at one point. Had an internal rupture. Blood loss. Kissed my wife goodbye and told her to tell my little girl how much her daddy loved her. Off to Houston i went from St Patrick's in lake Charles and thankful I was spared and given a new life.

I lost probably 55 pounds and ate Jello and broth for weeks. I was so fricking weak the idea of getting out of bed to shower was an all day afair.

Best thing I did was fricking GO OUTSIDE! When you feel like shite go outside. Go to a park. Go to nature. Enjoy the children playing. shite like that matters in life. Turn off an electronic devices and soak that shite in.

I still do squats and pushups pretty much every night before bed.

Start slow. You'll feel great in no time.

Not only does my little girl have her dad back but we've added two more. Doctor's told us we couldn't ha e any.

The good Lord proved them all wrong. He drug me through a mile of shite. I learned my lesson.

I'll say a prayer for you tonight.

That’s badass judge. I’m terrified of dying while my kids are too young to remember me when they’re grown.

Proud of you brother, been there myself and know how hard it is to kick. Why didn’t you want to go to detox or treatment just curious?

.

Because I need to work. I had 4 days to do the hard part.

Juge. That’s one hell of a fight. You’re bad arse bro. Yesterday evening about 7:00 I went for a walk. Walked 3 blocks I felt pretty good but my body kinda felt like I was jello. But I’m gonna do the same in the morning

As an alcoholic, in and out of rehab multiple times, I wish you the best of luck. Get someone who's been there phone number and preferably someone close so you can meet when you get in tough situations. While I'm only clean for a couple days, I've felt that in the past, that has helped me the most. Reaching out to a fellow alcoholic/ addict who gets it.

Best of luck

Sit down and make you a video. You can just add to it later as they grow.

Sounds morbid and it's very hard to make that video. Still a good decision.
