Are you keeping an eye on your bp and heart rate?
You said you don't want to use medical mj, what about cbd oil? It might help.
Everyone is pulling for you. Much love and positive vibes.

My wife is actually looking for the CBD oil as we speak.. man I can’t tell you all how much this is helping me. Not only do I have my wife and Aunt back me and pushing me. But y’all are solid.

THANK YOU ALL SO MUCH... I NEED this..

You can do this. I admire you --- I really do. Look forward to that vacation --- it'll be a trip of a lifetime for the two of you.

You have to fricking beat it. Addiction kills, and you and me, we have people who rely on us and look up to us, even when we don’t really deserve it. I’m sending cosmic energy. You may not think it’s worth much, but it is. You are doing the right thing.

As many others have said, I know exactly what you’re going through. It’s gonna suck but after the first few days the pain starts easing up. I’d say take small pieces of the sub before you tried to sleep as you’ll wake up and will have soaked your sheets from night sweats. Be ever so thankful you’re wife is there with you as that will help a lot. You’ll also be easily agitated so try to keep that in mind before you go off the handle. Prayers sent amigo!

I find it cool to see so many folks who have gone through the same thing come out and give their support.

People here act like a bunch of asshats (that is what makes it enjoyable to read), but when things get serious for someone, the support shows up too.

I got a CBD vape with oil from mountain pure. It's a local Louisiana company and can ship to you overnight.

Just curious, have you thought about going to a meeting. I've been clean for 12 years and the thoughts keep coming back up every now and then. When they come back I will go to a few meetings and I can see what I used to be and it makes me never want to go back there. Just remember, this is not a one week, one month, or one year battle...it is going to be a life time battle. It gets easier with time, trust me on that and you can do it!!! I am rooting for you and will pray for you.

As others have already said, try to find something to keep your mind occupied. The last thing you want to do is lay in bed and think about how shitty you feel. Going for a short 20 minute walk or something can be very beneficial. The first 24-72 hours are generally the worst part, depending on how long you’ve been taking them. Look in to getting some sort of sleep aid for the near future, being unable to get quality sleep is the one thing that will linger once the physical pain is over

Just seeing this, I’ve been a part of the same process as a supporter. Mind over matter will have to see the day. The pain is bearable if you stay focused on your end goal. Good luck a great man you will be when you succeed

Yeah bro, I've been where you are more times than I'd like to admit.
It wasn't until I went to treatment that I was able to have any kind of sustained success.
You can do it man.

I grew up in a house with my mother addicted to that, it was a living hell.
May you find your way.
