It helps to wet yourself before going. You’re less likely to get stuff stuck to you if there’s no dry skin for it to cling too. The water hits you then falls into the toilet. You can shimmy around to make minor changes to where it’s hitting you but it’s not going to fly out the toilet unless you aren’t sitting on it.

It’s a game changer, just give one a try.

Now this makes a lot of sense. Also I can imagine it might kickstart the process.

You can use some TP; however, many use some sort of washable cloth as I mentioned.

With....toilet paper?

This is a real issue. Toilet Paper dissolves in water, so when you have a wet arse, it starts to dissolve on your skin. This leave excessive dingleberries. IMO it's a major drawback, as well as not being completely dry and putting your pants back on. Wet arse sucks.

how is splattering better than smearing and how do you know when you're done?

I got the cheapest one on Tushy. I have to admit I was skeptical. But there is enough pressure that it knocks all the crap and dingleberries off into the water. The cold water hitting your bare a-hole takes a few times to get used to. But there is the heated option

So if you got mud on your prius would you go get a towel and smear the shite, or get a hose and hose it off?

quote:

I'm not ashamed to say that I've gotten shite on my hand a time or two. Does that shite come off just by running some water over it? frick no! It doesn't budge! Unless you approach something like pressure washer PSI, you can run water over shite all day and it'll still be there. You have to use soap, and you have to scrub.

well it's not some low flow stuff shooting here. It's got some power.

quote:

If the point is the water is just to get it a little wet so it's easier to wipe with toilet paper, I can kind of see that. But how much TP are you saving? How much cleaner are you getting? And how many times will you rip wet TP and get shite on your hand?

My butthole is squeeky clean after the bidet. I simply pat it dry with a small amount of TP, like 3 or 4 squares.
I was going through a roll of TP every 2-3 shits before. like wiping a marker.

Like how much power are we talking? If no one was on the toilet, would it spray the bathroom walls?

Yes. Imagine your regular pressure coming out your sink run through just a few small holes at the tip of the bidet nozzle. The pressure did adjustable from a little water fountain gentleness to water jet cutter.

Gravity still works in my bathroom, so the shite falls down and in the toilet. Haven't had any issues with splash out of the toilet.

The BioBidet has adjustment buttons on a hand-held remote. If it's too far up, just hit the back button. Too much to the left? Hit the right button. Works like a charm.

if i didn't care about getting the inside of the car wet, i'd hose it off. duh.

without a doubt.
THis isn't some trickle of water that comes out. It's whatever pressure you have coming to your house, coming out of a 1/4" nozzle, not regulated in any way. At least mine is. It's literally like getting the hose and putting it on jet.

i bought similar to this one from Amazon LINK
Mine doens't have the front shooter, or the warm water, but it's that model. It was like $40. I figured for $40, i could give it a try and see what its all about.
what it shows in the video the water shooting out, is nothing like what actually happens. I don't even know how they get it to go that low. If i put something on the mirror in front the toilet that's about 6 feet away, it would without a doubt clean it off the mirror.
