In case you haven't figured out the problem, the quote is the best solution. Always try to isolate to find the problem.

Put two wax rings. The toluet is probably not sitting on the floor right. I did the same thing to mine and it worked

three possibilities are wax ring, water inlet, and tank. since the wax ring is new and installed correctly(?), and if the water is the center of the rear, check the tank/bowl connection. there is a rubber gasket between the tank and bowl, which may be leaking. tighten the bolts connecting the two pieces. feel around the back of the bowl and under the tank. if something above the floor is wet, it's not the wax ring. final thing would be water inlet. this will likely drop water off-center, rather than directly behind. tighten all fittings, including the plastic nut on the tube that comes out of the bottom of the bowl, and both ends of the tube between the shutoff and the tank.

If you know the water is not coming from the tank\seat connection or from the water line, you should try an over-sized wax ring.

big arse wax ring

One of my rental houses that the tile floor was much thicker than what the plumber assumed was the right height for the flange, so it was too low. I replaced the wax ring. It still leaked so I pulled toilet off and noticed that the wax ring was undamaged. It was stuck to the bottom of the toilet but the bottom side of the wax ring did not touch flange. Added a second wax ring and it fits fine. No leaks.

Leaking flange under toilet. Unbolt it and get a new flange.

I'm surprised no one recommended a new house. One with extra wide doorways, tubby.

For those waiting patiently for a resolution to this saga, I checked behind the toilet and noticed one wet bolt that connects the tank to the toilet. I tightened that bolt and it seems to have taken care of the problem.

Thanks for all your responses to help this fat man fix his toilet.

Sounds like the flange is not high enough. Use 2 wax rings on top of each other and this will stop all leaks. It just happened in my house and no more water.

It is likely that the wax ring around the base of the toilet is worn. Luckily, it is very easily replaced and relatively cheap. 90% chance that is probably what it is. You could even fix it yourself. Lots of videos online of how to do it.

Edit: sorry im a dumbass i didnt even finish reading the OP. but it looks like you got it fixed.
