Back when I was a teenager, we used to play a game where two guys would take the seatbelts we had removed from our cars, and the first one to strangle the other with it would win a pack of smokes and a beer.

My 16 y/o nephew has his learners permit and is an outlier among his peers. A lot of them aren't interested in learning to drive.
