Pervasive myth, London can compete with almost every city in the world for haute cuisine

This is true, but most London restaurants that are real quality are real expensive. I've spent much time in London and find myself eating pub food or fish & chips.

Just the boudin in the red area makes it the best. Dupuys, Riverfront. And Shucks in Abbeville out class all of NOLA by themselves.

I live in northern Louisiana but I’ll fight anyone who says Abbeville food isn’t legit. It’s low key some of the best in the state.

Severely disappointed the last couple times I've been. Had to ask for Crystal sauce, Tony's and salt to help them out
so you just douse all your food in salt. Fatass

I somewhat agreed with your OP too when it comes to real Cajun food because I love stopping in Scott when passing through Acadiana for boudin and cracklin but you lost all credibility with that comment. To act like NOLA doesn’t have any good restaurants (too many to name) and it being because they don’t oversaturate their food in salt is a denunciation of you

The food in New Orleans is great, but is it worth the risk of death?

we live near Ft. Worth and used to make a day trip to Nola just to eat some great cuisine and come back, I've crossed it off pretty much because of that, last time I went was for the NC game
