As referenced, it’s very niche to their business. That said, on scale, it’s a larger room to fill so even so it’ll have a little more impact than a DBA that’s just looking at a couple people to replace

I’m saying we cracked 70% of adults in Nola having had at least a first shot. And that I think a spot like DBA will lean even higher than that.
Just for bar napkin let’s say it’s 85% of their normal crowd is vaxxed, and pick a random night with 75 people at the show… they’d only be looking at replacing about a dozen folks not being let in. I don’t think that’s a catastrophic loss. Heck, I think the other 63 are more likely to show up. Not requiring it can have consequence on attendance too if the majority has a share that’s not coming out for safety concern
Honestly the biggest challenge will be people having that proof handy with them. It’ll be interesting to see the uptick in card carrying or e-options for folks to move as they please without needing to pre plan to grab their card before heading out.

Statistically, I think minority and poor communities are the largest % unvaccinated, but white conservatives are the vocal minority anti-vaxxers.
That said, I think majority of Tips patrons are vaccinated and don’t see the policy affecting them much, if at all. As mentioned earlier, New Orleans is at or near 70% vaccinated.

Buku's website doesn't say a word about covid anywhere. Curious what their polices are, if any.
