Yes, only on my arms (which are always exposed because I always were short sleeve shirts)

I have weird bumps too but not where my skin is exposed - little white things that pop easily - I think it’s just heat

I understand that. It's just not the most likely cause. Especially if it's after being out in the sun. The sun normally help psoriasis not causes it.

Wrong. Heat doesn’t help psoriasis. It makes the bumps and patches come out more

I didn't say heat helps it. I said the sun does.

It's why I go to a UV treatment once a week for mine.

Its a heat rash from sweating.

It’s worms/parasites. Ask the Dr for some ivermectin and they’ll be gone promptly
