Anyone ever wish we could have a gov. program in place where fine ladies such as these could be offered $2500 each to have themselves "fixed"? I can only imagine the family structure situation of everyone in this picture.

And props to the photographer, these are actually some pretty good shots.

No doubt.
Luckily those hood rats shown in the photo make up what I guess to be less than 5% of the N.O. population.
Small pockets of problem areas still exist, but most areas are getting much better and not just because of gentrification. I think things are actually "changing" for all of the citizens in a positive way.
