71 and able to read the 10 signs of dementia, run my 7 miles daily - although time has slipped to 8 minute avg per mile. Use to be able to hold a wet towel on the ole peen - now just able to hold a dry paper towel. Life is good - love reading the OT and all the bad asses and 10+ LLOTOT who post.
