No way I’m letting Americas least successful minority determine what I can and can’t say. Large groups of 1st and 2nd Amendment supporters should be gathering IN PUBLIC and shouting the word for all to hear. It would be a wonderful demonstration on how the 2nd Amendment preserves the First

And I 100% guarantee you would be sued by a black female doing the exact same video swapping the n word for cracker and would lose.

On what basis in an at will state would I even be in the realm of danger when an employee makes a public video causing negative publicity

Do you even live in the same reality as us? JFC the feigned naïveté of a prog is exhausting. In an at-will state, it’s still not legal to fire someone on basis of race. You seriously have to know this. If you have ever worked in a corporate setting you would know the perils of firing a black person. Everything is simple I suppose when you’re a sheltered prog with zero life experience.

You won't even post it on this message board and we're supposed to believe you're ready to go shout it in public?

Im of a like mind with Richard prior that noone should say that word, regardless of race.

Firing someone that makes a video getting negative publicity is not firing them based on their race

You would have video proof, social media discussion, and saved complaints emailed to your company as evidence for the reasoning of firing. They have no case against you

I am the one saying any idiot who is stupid enough to publicly bring controversy should be fired, white or black. I don’t give black people any special pass.

My point is, if enough people got together and exercised their free speech in person, It would be hard to fire 70% of the population. I’m not saying the word on the message board because I have no recourse if I get banned other than using an alter. It’s not really worth it right this second for one post. A public, in person gathering would garner more publicity and support and have a chance of swaying the public opinion.

Businesses should be allowed to hire and fire anyone based on their character. If the company doesn’t like an employee making racially charged statements to generate controversy, they should have the right to remove that person from their staff.

Agreed, without recourse

Guaranteed one side would bitch, moan & complain if it were even though

Again, I'm begging one of you to tell me the actual definition and describe how it applies to this situation.

Disagree. I get how things work now. My company is woke as shite. If I came out and said something ultra conservative they could fire me for it. I don’t think that’s right and it should change.
