I'd rather put a bullet in his head than be left hoping that's his worst crime.

and when the frick did brandishing a gun in someone's face become an acceptable crime? I think armed robbery should be charged as attempted murder being as the threat is "give me your shite or I kill you." If killing is an option presented, that criminal should be treated no better than a murderer.

Boom, bitch.

Great move by the cop acting as if he was just getting more money out of his pocket. Too bad the other ones scattered so quickly.

Agreed.

Meh. I'm not celebrating the kid dying, but I certainly don't buy in to the prevailing society tendency to sympathize with his plight. You endanger innocent people like that, and I don't shed a tear for what happens to you. The fact that this types of things happen so often tells me that what happened to this kid does not happen enough.

And I might go as far to say that you are part of the reason our 2nd Amendment rights are being threatened by the true pansies, i.e. those that, from an unwillingness to see the world as it is and realize that they are responsible for their own protection, convince themselves things would be safer if good people were disarmed.

Well, you can moan all you want, but you're wasting your energy IMO.

No, stop being a fricking pansy. It's not monstrous to celebrate people defending themselves.

He could have killed the officer after robbing him. You don't know how it would have ended. I refuse to feel sympathy or play the what if game.

You pick the wrong mark and it gets you killed, so be it.

If he weren't an off-duty policeman, how much trouble would he be in right now?

Likely none. Unless he's not supposed to be in possession of a gun, in which case I'd say I'll happily pay the ticket.

Up until a few months ago the victim would have been charged for having a gun simply because he was defending himself.

The liberals in Chicago have retarded gun laws.

None in the South. In Chicago I don't know, but it's better to be judged by 12 than carried by 6.

That cop did not deny Deonta's humanity, he just made the correct calculation that his Constructive life was more valuable than Deonta's Destructive life. Deonta forfeited his right to breathe our air when he used his Free Will and decided to deny another man of his Rights.

Baby Deonta got exactly what the Universe has always prescribed for his behavior, since men first organized into communities thousands of years ago. To even note his death with anything other than a quick "frick him" is counter-productive. I mean, he will get more notice through the reckless criminal manner of his death, than 1,000,000 other law-abiding citizens of Chicago will get in their entire fruitful, productive lives. I've lived an entire life span without victimizing anybody, you have too, but Baby Deonta thinks our Social Contract is a sucker's game.

This incredible post got a down vote from somebody. Apparently, someone in Deonta's family posts here.

I'll "celebrate" the death of an armed criminal every day if that means we don't have to mourn over the death of an innocent man pumping gas at a citgo
