Fixed it. At 16, if you can commit an adult crime you can face the adult punishment.

Actions have circumstances. You might find it barbaric but I would like to see this story on billboards and TV ads. These little pukes need to learn that this could happen to any of them if they choose that lifestyle.

What is even better is where this happened a normal everyday citizens can't protect themselves like this cop did.

Not giving a shite about laws is what makes a criminal a criminal. Good thing the guy was a cop or he would be in trouble

My question is why, when something like this happens, is it always about how it's everyone else's fault for killing the kid, how he never had a chance, it's murder, Jesse Jackson up in arms, etc, and no one ever points the finger the pieces of @#$% that created this animal, never raised him to be a functioning member of society, and allowed him to run wild committing these types of crimes? Perhaps it goes against the narrative and victim mentality...

wait so those criminals approached him with no fear he had a gun?

and the criminals somehow miraculously had acquired a gun despite the strict gun laws?

and the potential victim was conceal carrying a weapon that is not an option allowed to normal citzens in Chicago?

and he shot one of the criminals?

moral of the story....gun bans don't work, carrying a gun for self defense is a wise option for those with the training and ability to utilize the weapon, and if you think you deserve to protect yourself in Chicago you should join a law enforcement agency so you can carry off duty.

The taxpayers just saved about $1 million not having to feed, clothe, house this criminal for the next 60 years. Hell, I bet we saved 2 million.

I think there should be a study showing how much the US saves when a lifelong criminal is killed. Put that on a billboard and let thugs know they have a price on their head now, lol. Hell, now that I think about it, America should pay this guy $50k for saving us money.

BTW, do the other 2 go down for murder since they were involved in a violent crime that ended with a death? (if caught)

Good question, drawing on my extensive law enforcement experience, gained entirely by watching an exorbitant amount of "The First 48", I would say yes.
