Do not miss it one bit. Some of the worst snows I remember were in March.

I wouldn't head up the hill for anything this weekend. They'll definitely shut down portions of 70, and they might not even be able to get workers to the mountain

You might have to wear a mask if you go

Exactly. People may want to carry bug out bags w them in the trunk. Break out the Jet Boil, make a dehydrated chili, eat some trail mix and mix a few cocktails

For those familiar with these storms, How would something like this potentially impact things for the following weekend, 3/19? Have some travel plans flying into Denver and driving to Vail

Dude, the way the city plows the streets here, some people won’t get out till Tuesday. Time to go get some toilet paper!

Won't be a problem unless there's some snow over Vail pass.

A storm a week prior isn't going to have an affect on your trip. With the exception of the awesome snow.

Going to have a bad time if you go skiing. You couldn’t pay me to drive on those mountain roads this weekend.

I saw a horrible pile up around 20 years ago before the pass. It was thundering and lightning, snowing so hard you couldn’t see the front of your car. We pulled off at an exit at maybe 5 mph . Stopped at a gas station, got out and you could hear car after car crashing into one another. Several people were killed. F-that.

Likely to be sunny and looks like the next weekend temps will be in the high 40's to mid 50's. According to KMGH anyway.

Friend in Estes called and said they are predicting up to 91 inches. That would be incredible. 7 and a half feet of snow. He’s talking about having to keep the roof tops of his lodge clean off due to weight.

These upslope storms are insane.

I’ve seen a lot of concern about roofs from snow weight. Even people looking for help to shovel flat ones online.

Yeah people are freaking out up here. I'd be shocked if it was more than a foot.
