COLORADO SPRINGS, Colo. (AP) -- Four people are dead, including a suspected gunman, following a shooting spree in Colorado Springs on Saturday that ended in a gunbattle between police and the suspect.

Lt. Catherine Buckley said officers were responding to a report of shots being fired when they spotted a suspect matching the description of the person they were trying to find. Buckley said the suspect opened fire, and police fired back.

Witnesses described a chaotic scene as the suspect went down the street with a rifle.

I just moved up here yesterday. Haven't been out much today. Guess I might need to keep it that way.

I have been thinking of moving up that way just to do it for a while. I can run my business from anywhere so why not?

You'd probably do much better staying in humble SW Louisiana.

Gotcha

I just want a change of scenery for a while.

One guy that does what I do has lived all over just because he can. He and his wife are thinking about moving to Australia for a while.

Colorado has the same problem as Florida. Lots of weirdos in from other areas.

I hear you. I didn't want to move too far while my dad has been battling cancer, but if he is in remission like he appears to be, I am seriously considering it. We find out MRI results next week so I may start seriously looking.

I do like the South though and I doubt I fit in with too many Yankees. I will be in NY sometime in November so we will see how that goes.

After I became happily divorced, I lived in different places around the country. When I retired, I had no bucket list left!

Live in various cities around the country and get paid to see the sights others pay to see on vacation!

Not to be a Dick, but is every time someone gets shot going to be national news now?

Obviously I feel for the victims families, but come on.
