They kind of are. I certainly don't think some of them warrant the attention they get. Weird how some are picked to sensationalized, others are overlooked.

this way it puts pressure on the loonie libs and general public....more people die from iatragenic deaths and nobody is after the doctors and hospitals
I'm old enuf to remember this type thing would be fodder for police detective magazine genre, and kept from the public
