I don't understand why they don't make the test more difficult, it seems like it would be more meaningful for selection purposes if the scores more fit a normal distribution as they did in the 60s. 70s and 80s, instead of everyone and there brother being able to score above the 75th percentile.

You are correct, I should have said something like everybody and their brother scoring a 36 making the 75th percentile a 35.

Very minor changes over the past 7 years.
