I love the smell of oil based fuels and ask that you not take that away from me.

I let the bottom tenth of a can of r134a spray into the air the other day. Hopefully that reduced global warming some, because it definitely cools off my truck.

Seriously though, I worked on something a couple of years back that would've increased the efficiency of 18 wheelers when they were running. Gave up when I started working more and having mucho shite going on with school. I might get back to it, but it is kind of a PITA figuring out new processes on your own.

There are plenty of ways to reduce carbon emissions that don't involve completely inventing new processes. You would need a university to do that shite for you. It isn't happening in your garage

I like when people refer to carbon dioxide as a pollutant.

Now.... hold your breath and stop polluting.

What are you going to do with the 3 seconds you saved by not hitting the return key?

I have an idea. Maybe the OT can help. The idea is to make changing ceiling fans easy. When you build a new home, you install this device where you will put ceiling fans. Then the ceiling fans will be sold already wired up into a device that just slips into the part you installed in the ceiling.. You has have to switch them out.

Seriously, I knew a guy who actually patented this idea and was actually in talks with GE (so he claimed), but said the one problem that he was having was the fact that it wasn't universal. Meaning that all ceiling fans would have to have the device to allow it to hook in... But that really didn't make sense to me because it seems like the other brands would adjust. If all homes started getting the part installed on their ceiling then they would just have to start putting it on their fans.

Since people get new ceiling fans every 15 years or so, I can see that making tens of dollars

If you have at least 40k lying around will be happy to discuss the beginning of drafting your patent claims.
