I kicked my dog after reading all that shite.

I’ve kick started a Triumph
I’ve kicked sleeping around for monogamy
I’ve kicked drinking and driving
I’ve kicked pissing/shitting in my pants
I’ve kicked saying inappropriate things
I’ve kicked off MEK while doing fiberglass work
I’ve kicked a football in my High School games
I’ve kicked around the thought of retirement
I be done kicked ‘bout everything but
I never thought of kickin’ no cheer

Is "kicking the chair" in depression the same as "on the spectrum" is to whoever it's directed to?

I wasn't depressed until I attempted to read this thread

I read a study about depression that said some depression is caused or aggravated by inflammation. I've been taking a couple of Advil every time I feel the kind of depression that pushes me back down in my chair when I try to get up and go, and it is helping. The brain fog lifts and I can usually pull out of it pretty quickly. Good luck to all who are fighting it.
