Obviously can't even do that with the TSDB. Even when you sue the government, they typically won't tell you.

He's a constitutional law professor from Drexyl in PA. The same position (with a different school) our President held before his election.
And finding Pelosi, Feinstein, et al quotes with similar messages wouldn't be difficult.

I have some experience with watch list litigation. It's a nightmare. That Democrats, who loathe the patriot act and praise the ACLU, support tying constitutional restrictions to the TSDB, is insane.

The No Fly List is a lot smaller than the TSDB and Selectee lists. You're very unlikely to be on it.
