Same here. It's a good service for short flights and short trips. I wouldn't want to do a long flight with multiple checked bags with them, though.

On any airline, I have only two concerns. Taking off and landing safely, preferably on time but that’s negotiable based on price and airline history.. The in between discomfort I can deal with

Flew them once few years back. 45min delay both ways, Pay to check baggage, pay for water, industry low as far as leg room is concerned. Yeah it's cheaper, but you pay for the people you're around. Same reason I'll go to Publix over Walmart for groceries

I’ve never in my life seen a separate security line for a specific brand of airline.
Are you sure you aren’t talking about the general public vs. TSAPreCheck/Global Entry? In which case, I agree. But it doesn’t sound like you have it since you’d have had to get a background check and purchased it at home.

Spirit is the Greyhound of airlines but it's great if you're trying to go somewhere with a weekend bag.
