quote:

McAvoy once again returns as Kevin Wendell Crumb—a man suffering from dissociative identity disorder—in the sequel to M. Night Shyamalan’s 2016’s surprise hit Split. The character has 24 different personalities, including a superhuman one nicknamed “The Beast”—hence McAvoy's jacked physique. McAvoy ate between 5,000-6,000 calories per day while preparing for the role, and trained four to five days per week in the gym, he told Mr Porter in an interview.

I think you are leaving out a step or two besides just eating 6000 calories

I was very impressed with his performance in Split. He is a great actor.

Dude was RIPPED in the last scenes of that movie.

And don't do the other things James McAvoy did in the story you linked.

I highly doubt he was eating 6k calories a day. He looks like he was eating maybe 3.5k calories a day. He’s not that big

Lol at the downvoters who obviously don’t lift

I wonder how tall he is. If he’s 5’6 it’s easy to get that ripped.

You could also look like this....

All youre doing is putting on weight. Whether that weight becomes muscle or fat depends on your habits. I would rather take the oriental approach and be thin. Weight is weight and your joints, bones and organs dont care if that weight is fat or muscle. People who weigh more are putting more stress on their bodies no matter how you dress it up at the gym. I would rather be a lightweight and be healthy, have stamina and not wear-out everything I stand or sit in or on.

That guy in the OP looked perfectly healthy in the 1st pic. In the second hes going to have to work the rest of his life to keep that body and hes probably going to die sooner for it anyway.
