I know of at least one person that plans to just pay the minimum of their student loan debt ”for the rest of her life”.

She had a PhD in something I can’t remember and has an incredibly amount of debt to show for it.

What a blithering idiot. We invented the personal computer and cell phone.

The Greatest Generation has problems with computers. We Boomers taught you snot-nosed asswipes how to use computers.

My God, boys. The stupid is strong in this one.

Dude, your generation is overwhelming fat, McMansion-crazy, and computer illiterate.

We eat good. We can afford large houses. No, we taught you how to use a computer.

You and Bill Gates might be exceptions but 10/10 boomers sitting in my office right now that are not.

I'll bet 10/10 Boomers in your office are tired of carrying and covering for your arse.

Boomers must have just worked so much harder than the rest of us...

I wonder how much time they spent bitching about other generations and not making as much as them?

Grow up and take responsibility for your life. You will never win the battle of jealousy.

As one ages, their metabolism slows. Awful comparison.

They have the means to afford nice cars.

That just sounds like jealousy.

Meh, as technology progresses, the elderly tend to get left behind. This isn't always the case though.

So, you think boomers are stupid because you fake being good at your job? You do know that will catch up to you, right?

Plenty of awesome boomers out there but these stereotypes are real

So are the millenial stereotypes.

And i'm part of the older "millenial" age group that doesn't claim you worthless millenials.

You can shite on millennials all you want. There are plenty of solid arguments to support that.
But selling Boomers as some sort of exceptional group of winners is... something.

There are good and bad for each. But millenials seem to be the loudest about bitching about others success. Which is the stereotype for millenials anyway. Lacking personal responsibility.

Yes. As has been said in every single one of these threads, complaining that you shouldn’t be considered a millennial despite being born in the widely accepted “millennial” range is the most millennial thing ever.

I was born in 1996 and I hate it when people consider me a Zoomer rather than a Millennial.

More crying from the puss generation. As a gen Xer, I don't care about this gap. If you're responsible and make good choices you'll be fine.

It's also likely that the pusses are living far more comfortably than the boomers at that same age and have mostly "first world problems" to deal with.

However, I imagine a lot of wealth will transfer to charities as boomers pass away and leave money to their churches, organizations, etc.

I think a huge amount of money (in aggregate) will pass to the corporate owners of nursing homes and hospitals and drug companies.

So that chart shows that people who have had more time to accumulate wealth has more wealth than people who haven't had as much time to accumulate wealth?

Ya don't say? Goddamn all the complaining about not having enough money by young people is so fricking annoying. Learn to save before you learn to code.
