America was certainly a different place back then. I was a kid and my parents had a party, so there were a bunch of people at our home. It got real quiet once Walter Cronkite made the announcement. Great memories .

No, the biggest reason you know it wasn't faked is because Neil screwed up his line. "That's one small step for man, one giant leap for mankind." and they didn't redo it.

I basically debunked it all

Explain the observable craters caused by the 5 3rd stages of the Saturn V that were crashed into the lunar surface. You'd think any one of the countries who sent up lunar probes would love to prove us wrong, definitely not the country we teabagged in the space race.

US government implanted those images into consumer telescopes and has been funding other country's space programs as black budget funding to spy on Americans.

Only the government has unedited images of the moon
