Well...that gentleman is my travel agent and was our tour guide in Austin this September. And our hotel is right around the corner. Should I call his office and make sure the shooting was justified? Or get a new one now?

Looks like the fatty in purple was part of his posse and he was shooting the other chick to get her off. Why he couldn't just push or pull her away, I dunno. Might have been tired after a long day at the office.

I think our shooter is a fan of Westerns, and was simply trying to make this varmint dance by shooting around her feet, as was often done in those old movies. This is much ado about nothing and really an indictment of Hollywood if anything.
