Did you mean no reason a 45 year old woman "can't" look like a 25 year old?

If so, I disagree. There are a small percentage of women with the genetics to maintain the same body for 20 years, but for the vast majority that just isn't going to happen. A 45 year old woman eating and working out correctly will almost never look as good as a 25 year old woman eating and working out correctly. Same goes for a man for that matter. 20 years of wear and tear, sun, and gravity takes its toll on everyone.

genetics

read epigenetics

the real reason we age so bad and our animals get people diseases, is cooked food.

Can you actually explain epigenetics?

Do you know why humans evolved larger brains? Because of fricking cooked food. Literally, humans would not be a species if it weren't for cooked food being able to be digested easier so more blood flow would go towards our brains... So, eating cooked food was the "game changer" from monkeys to humans.

So in two posts, back to back, retired trucker established that he doesn't like women and that he's an idiot.

Its actually pretty simple to stay fit / healthy.

Eat healthy food. As in grilled chicken and real vegetables. And modest portions.

Exercise. As in at least 30 mins of moderate to intense cardio at least every other day.

If you can't do both of the above, that's on you, not genetics.

Ok

You linked a weight loss video. No shite you are gonna lose weight just eating raw foods with little calories. What does that have to do with your previous post?

People have beat breast cancer without going raw. This proves nothing.

well, I haven't finished the book, but it's an emerging field of study...do an amazon search there is more than one book on the subject.

EPIGENETICS is a global update of Darwin's book The Origin of Species. There is no other book that embraces all of the events (political, socially, biologically, nutritionally, chemically and genetically) that have been spawned since the publication of The Origin of Species by Darwin more than 100 years ago.
EPIGENETICS is required reading for the very survival of Americans and yes all of humanity - modern man has bet on the wrong horse to save them from disease and pestilence - the medical system has failed us fearfully. It is predictable that this book will impact the world of the everyday man, science, politics, social engineering and medicine to the same degree that Darwin's The Origin of Species did more than 100 years ago.

also read the book reviews by the different authors
