I'm so lost at this statement
Why would the judge block that evidence? Did the lady marry the judge too?
quote:
A court document obtained by Channel 2 does in fact show that Parchem was indicted this past April on bigamy charges, showing she was legally married to a man named Trevor Hendry. But Montgomery County Judge McDonald would not allow the bigamy indictment be brought up in the divorce proceedings.

Yeah Id fire my lawyer and appeal that shite

Maybe I’m wrong about this, but I thought that if she is legally married to someone else then she can’t be legally married to this guy. Meaning this “divorce” proceeding is moot.

This judge should probably be impeached, but an indictment is not a conviction.
Dude's lawyer should be disbarred, for not finding a way to put this shite off until bitch was convicted.

There is something very fishy here.
He voluntarily DISMISSED his appeal in the proceeding.
Something does not add up here.

One day, they'll make a movie about this woman. I have my doubts she'll be around to see it.

Baw needs a better lawyer, and to pay him well.
You get what you pay for.
You get what you pay for.

I don't think that is it. I think there is more to the story.
This is a complete guess, but I think he got a bad ruling, appealed, and then was persuaded to dismiss the appeal.
You can speculate all you like about how he might have been convinced to dismiss the appeal.
Once that appeal is gone, he is bound by the judgment.
That's what I think happened.

Looks like Mr. Athans was sued a while back for alleged violations of a noncompete. Also looks like he won.
