Things you thought you could still do, but really can't because of your age.

I was still sure that I could get my hand or even just fingers above the basketball rim. Sadly, this is now out of my reach.
I also thought I could still bowl well. I used to carry a 185 average. There were times when I had not bowled in five or more years and was always able to at least crack 150 or 160 the very first time I picked up a ball again. However recently I bowled only a 107 after about seven years. I was not even close to a strike. I threw in the towel.
And of course there is the drinking lots and waking up early and going to work. That won't happen again.

frick 16 year old girls and be alright with it. Now, with my age, it's against the law.

Pick my nose and eat it. Snacks used to keep me going during the day. Know I fall asleep at red lights.

How old are you that you can't get your fingers above the rim?

Compete with anyone 25 and under in a trail run in almost any distance.
My knees are about shot.

Bowling 107 is weird if you averaged 185.
Are you 100 lbs over weight?

16 was always against the law. Now you have 35+ yr old options.

This is why I am a firearms enthusiast. Mr. Five0, why don't you run as fast as you used to? Because I don't have to.

Used to be a good basketball player, still am....but was asked to fill in for a full court game a while back. It was mostly 40-50 year olds, but they were regulars. After about 10 minutes I thought I was gonna die. I just hung around the perimeter and shot jumpers.

No, actually I am a medium build and of the same weight I was when I was bowling weekly. I was just going through my normal motions and was not bending enough. Normally with my approach and release I would been down enough on the release. This did not happen that day. I am going to a bowling birthday party tomorrow night and I'm going to make an extra effort to bend

Hit it 300 yards.
Not even downhill, downwind and the ground hard as a rock cause it didn't rain for 2 months is it going past 280 anymore.
I finally broke down and started playing from the old guy tees

Okay. I have a really bum right leg due to damage from Lyphoma that was wrapped around my spine as a huge tumor. It is about 40% pre cancer strength and is topped out on what it will ever be. This was 5 years ago.
Two years ago, I took my 10 year old son and his friend to Cumberland Caverns for an overnight stay in the cave. I did that as a child and had great memories of doing the "wild tour."
I had them all hyped up about it. Before we could proceed we had to go through the test box to make sure each person could get through the tightest crawls. It was about 14" tall but only about 20 feet long. I made it through like a champ. Shimmied through like a pro....showing off to the young uns.
Got about halfway through that 2 1/2 hour tour and literally thought I was going to die. Tried not to display my concern to the boys but I was struggling. Some of those crawls were 60+ length and only 14-18" high. I could not get leverage with my right leg so I was basically pulling myself through with my arms and pecs. Almost like I was pulling a paralyzed lower half through long tunnel crawls. shite was miserable and my heart felt like it was going to beat out of my chest. I was spent like I had never been in my life. I was actually silently praying for God to deliver me from this hell and to not have my son see me die sandwiched between rocks.
The tunnels were so tight that you could only proceed in a single file manner. The 2 boys were ahead of me and all I could think about was the process it would take for rescue team to get my body out of there.
The two or three stops we made as a group in larger openings probably saved me. It allowed me to rest a few minutes and gather my focus to make it out. I have probably never been as relieved as I was when we exited that tour back into the main area.
Will NEVER do that again! NEVER!

I got claustrophobic reading that--also laughed out loud. I have always been afraid of heights. Took my grown kids on what I thought was a zip line course in Jackson Hole. Turns out you had to make obstacle courses 20 feet up in the trees before zipping. Used way to much arm strength to stay balanced. Thought they would have to come rescue me. Will never do again.

I actually thought I couldn't dunk anymore, turns out I can still do it but my forearms were destroyed
To answer the OP, I'd have to go with going on weekend long partying binges... and I don't mean on drugs or anything, for example, I mean partying Friday night, all day Saturday then going out after going to the lsu games, then after all that get to NOLA at 10 in the morning to start tailgating and drinking for the Saints games... I honestly could probably still do it but responsibilities and shite
