I voted for THe candidate who does not brag about sexually assualting women, lie to the American public about stealing the election, Paid a pornstar hushmoney, and made a mockery of America to the world.

Charles Towne Landing is also a popular place to visit.
Thanks for mentioning CTL; we go to SC for short getaways occasionally and have not heard of this place. Seems like the type of place we like go.

It’s fun stuff. Got a blowjob from a CoC girl on the ship about 10 years ago.

Another place that has a great view of the Ashley is California Dreaming. Yeah the food is meh, but that damn view is amazing. Early Spring and Early Fall you can usually see a whole bunch of dolphins showing off by the little floating pier they have.

I spent a whole day on the USS Yorktown.

My niece had the wife and I meet her at the Angel Oak, near Charleston. I wouldn't recommend this unless you have much spare time.

Eat some shrimp and grits at Hyman's

For this bluesoy, absolutely have Hyman’s.

For those who are productive, don’t waste your time with Hyman’s. Not a single person born and raised here eats at Hyman’s. Hell their own employees who are from here don’t even eat there.

Girlfriend and I are headed to Charleston this weekend on a combo vacation/scouting trip, Friday-Monday.

Got hooked up by a contact of hers in the hotel industry with a suite at the Emeline. Friday dinner at Magnolia's, Saturday dinner at SNOB, need to make a Sunday dinner reservation now because the fricking Packers opened our calendar up. Carriage ride Saturday afternoon, also planning to hit Lewis BBQ, Leon's, Edmund's Oast, Callie's for dem biscuits, and probably more than a few places for old fashioneds on King or close to it.

The rest of the time will be bouncing around town checking out the battery, White Point Garden, and whatever else looks interesting. May head over the bridge to Shem Creek if we're bored and time allows. Kinda ticked we're not going the next weekend for the oyster festival, but GF had a floating vacation day she needed to use in January.

Pics of her and we'll get back to you on options.

TIA

PS: No matter what she looks like, don't take her to Charleston, WV.

This is actually a pretty fun thing as you get a boat ride in the harbor that has an audio recording which is interesting. Plus you get to visit the fort.

She's a Mountaineer so she probably wouldn't hate it.

My baws on the Food & Drink Board know what she looks like. I don't trust you heathens.

I just pitched the idea and she's leaning toward Magnolia plantation instead, assuming we could get an uber out and back. But getting the boat tour was part of the reason I liked the idea of it. Monday should be pretty warm.

Last time I was in Charleston Harbor I caught a 7 foot shark. fricking guide didn't realize how big it was for the first 10 minutes and open up the drag. Almost cost him his rod and reel.

Thought about booking this place for Sunday and the inside looks a little plain. I like the places with some character.

I also wanted to hit The Ordinary, but of course it's closed for some renovations for a week, 4 of those days when we're there.

We're now considering The Darling for Sunday.

If you're up for a great tasting menu with outstanding food, try Wild Common. Wife and I ate there two weeks ago and they even topped McCrady's tasting menu.

Easily on par with some Michelin 1 star restaurants I've eaten at in Europe.
