That you can't buy quality appliances/tools that last longer than a few years now.

Watching my favorite football teams give up a 3rd and long for a first down.

Emails that roll in after 6:00 PM.

During the days of Covid and mandatory mask wearing, going to a grocery store and the difficulties involved with opening the bag for fruits, vegetables, meat etc. due to not being able to wet your fingers because of the mask.

Mt. Hermon's elevation is 325'. That's next to freaking Mt. Everest by Louisiana standards.

Traffic

Nothing worse than being in the LH lane crusing along at 80 mph on a two lane interstate behind an 18 wheeler doing 67 mph that just pulled over to your lane making you slam on your breaks as he tries to pass an 18 wheeler doing 66.99 mph. And for course right up the road is a steep hill.

People not paying attention when the red light turns green

Where I live we have extremely long arse red lights and very short green lights and people who are first in line that don’t pay attention need to get the frick off the road

Misogyny. I can’t stand how conservative, educated, hard working women like myself are lumped in with liberal moron females.

I’m also not now and will NEVER be a man.

People who are fat enough where they could use some exercise, but not fat enough where they are immobile, riding those motorized carts at stores.

Get 2-3 weekdays off every week since I work 12’s. No doubt its when I go do my weekly shopping on a Tuesday or Wednesday and see able bodied people on a work day loading up a buggy and swiping an EBT card

Check and bill should be interchangeable. The important part is to a have fully qualified sentence, e.g. "Can I have the bill/cheque please" or "May I have the..." or "Could I have the..."

In American English, in a restaurant context, "check" is more common than "bill"; if your server is across the room and you want to discreetly signal for the check (without shouting across the restaurant), you can make a ? (check mark) gesture in the air with your index finger. I can't guarantee it will be universally understood, but it has very wide acceptance in American restaurants, and even if it's not understood it won't be considered rude.
