Funerals, or sending flowers for funerals of departed friends and relatives, some of whom were several years younger than me.

One of my employees was fondly remembering how when she was young Netflix was a safe option for kids. Friggen Netflix. I told her how my tv experience from my youth involved me being the remote and the rabbit ear tech.

I have to zoom in quite a bit to read every post in this thread, and my neck cramped up b/c of the angle I’m sitting while scrolling this thread.

My ears are bigger than they were 20 years ago. They may be elephant sized when I die. Do they ever stop growing?

I'm eighty years old. I can still jump rope. I used a chainsaw today cutting firewood, loaded it on my pickup, and stacked it.
I have arthritis in my neck and right shoulder.
However, the thing that makes me feel old is waking in the morning with no purpose. I think, why am I getting up.
I watch the local morning News, which is a repeat of the previous days News.
After a couple hours, I eat breakfast, and then I usually find something to do that has meaning.
The Dog Days of summer are torture, since I am an outdoor person.
But Fall is coming, things are looking up. Its 55 degrees tonight in E. Tennessee
