Things in LA that are in the wrong place

-LSU should have been built in New Orleans or Lafayette
-The Capital should be in Lafayette
-Nicholls should be in Houma
-Superdome should be on the riverfront or at least closer to the french quarter

Also this doesnt make a lot of sense
as the SuperDome is very close to the FQ as it is.
