I will say, I'm never searched at jails when visiting people. Nothing ventured, nothing gained.

They search my truck sometimes. They have never looked in my briefcase.

Do you look like you're on meth?
Btw, '96 20 year reunion turned out 4 people from my class.

Search your truck at a parish jail? I don't do appellate or PCR so I only go to local jails. I imagine prisons search more.

Nah. They just randomly search vehicles that come onto the grounds.
Yikes on that turnout.

I've only had trouble visiting an inmate once. It was in EBR during a football game. Buddy got arrested on Friday night, so I went to visit him on Saturday when I drove up. I found out about the arrest during the drive. I was in shorts. They made me go back to grab some pants. I laughed thinking the prisoners would be checking my sexy legs out. I found some old sweatpants in the back of my car. I looked sexy as frick walking in there.

Yeah, this is at the prison, where they have their own zip code practically. Only one road in.

I'm guessing this happens more than we know.
They must have known this dude was up to something if they searched his shite like that.

The guards are more arrested for it than attorneys. It happens with guards at state facilities all the time.
Btw, I've been meaning to ask you if you knew someone. He was my "big brother" when I got there in 7th grade.
