We're told Robinson was stopped on Monday at the Sierra Blanca border checkpoint near the U.S., Mexico border. We're still working on the details surrounding the arrest. Jail records show Robinson is still in custody and we're told he's facing a federal charge of possession with intent to distribute

God I hope he didn’t throw his career away for some shitty Mexican dirt weed. He could have gone to any one of a bunch of states and bought it legally

He was buying in bulk and did not want Uncle Roger to know about it.

If I remember correctly, that is the checkpoint that is a permanent one on I10. He had to have known he was going to go through it. Maybe the agents had the dogs out walking by the line of cars and the dogs had a hit.

Wasting away again in marijuanaville, searching for the lost papers I bought. Some people claim that there’s a dealer to blame, but I know, it’s a war eagles fault.

There was a third person in the SUV -- who was not charged -- who told agents that during the stop Robinson tried to get them to take the fall for the weed.

Maybe that was Robinson's old buddy Sean Nelson...
