Yeah, it's a long bridge and a boring drive for the most part, but there's nothing scary about that drive.
That is, unless you're halfway across and there's a full stop to clear a wreck and your butthole is playing turtle with a horrendous crap waiting to happen.

Most scared I've ever been driving was crossing the causeway at night in heavy fog. Headed south and it was clear as a bell in Mandeville, then a mile in the thickest fog I've ever been in hit like a wall. I have no idea why they hadn't closed it or done rolling convoys. Maybe it came on quick? I don't know. I couldn't see shite except the edge of the bridge on the right side. That was a stressful 20 miles that night. I probably should have pulled into one of the crossovers and parked it for a while, but I had a flight to catch.
