by cursing in front of kids

I’m sure those kids have never heard adults swear before.

And I’m sure they don’t swear either.

Thank god the police are so vigilant in protecting our community from such wretched villains.

I don't understand how you think the officer escalated the incident by asking the guy to not be an idiot by parking his truck in the middle of a car pool lane.
I don't. I think the cop unnecessarily escalated the situation by trying to arrest the guy as he was getting in the truck to leave (what the cop wanted him to do) because he had his pride hurt by words said by an a-hole.

As it pertains to government involvement ... you are 100% free from the consequences of that speech.

As it pertains to being in public and cursing within earshot of the general public, especially school children you are 100% breaking the law.

It takes 6+ years of school to defend the law but only 6 months and some donuts to enforce the law.

No, I'm talking the disturbing the peace law where one must be lawfully in any street, or other public place.

Maybe the cop could have handled it better, but the dude needed to be knocked the f**k out, in front of his kids so they could see what a di** he was being. Edited to add that the kids need to be picked on at school tomorrow because their dad is a di**.

Maybe? He was trying to arrest a guy in front of his children while he was doing what the cop wanted only because he was rude to the cop. The cop absolutely should have handled it better.

Probably not in front of his kids. Dude sounds like a real a-hole. I can't stand inconsiderate people that can't figure out the pick up line.
