He ignored an order by a deputy to move his arse and stop blocking traffic. That’s why he was placed under arrest. He then decided to fight the deputy.

You're right, the fact that the guy cursed out the cop in front of school kids had nothing to do with making the incident worse. It was all the cops fault.

I don't understand how you think the officer escalated the incident by asking the guy to not be an idiot by parking his truck in the middle of a car pool lane. The dude that decided to park there and make things worse by cursing in front of kids is the one who brought all this on.
