I worked with a woman that was about 400 lbs. probably mid 30s. She showed me a picture of her in her 20s and there was nothing I could say. I wanted to say “ dammnnn you use to be hot” but I couldn’t very well say that. She was a solid 9 and after a long awkward pause I just said “that’s a good picture of you”

Eventually the flabby skin tightens up and looks "normal" again. Takes some time after rapid weight loss for the skin to snap back though

There was girl who worked at my dentist’s office who was always very nice and outgoing, but kind of frumpy and a little overweight. She must have been about 25 years old, couldn’t really tell, I’d give her about a 4.
I came in for an appointment and there was a new girl who was pushing an 8. Super friendly and knew a lot about me. Took about 5 minutes for me to realize this was the frumpy 4, except she had dropped about 20 pounds. I’ve never seen someone with such a drastic appearance change from losing a few pounds.

I love her dedication and her hard work but any dude that sees the before pic and marries her deserves what he gets.
She isn’t going to maintain that routine at the same pace and from the looks of it, she would need to.

There's a reason she is wearing a top like that to hide her stomach/mid section. If she had no nasty loose skin or stretch marks she would have on a normal bikini and be standing up.
