I got polio, flu, small pox, and malaria in the final 4

Flu v small pox in the final with small pox winning in a nail biter

What’s the criteria? Most infective? Most lethal?

Ebola is the scariest thing on that list.

Based on recent experience, I’ll take anything over strep. Might take castration over strep.

if we going by numbers malaria wins hands down. But its not a virus, so , disqualified?

Strep is bacteria. Replace it with HIV or Herpes.


ETA:
Same for Cholera, Botulism, and Malaria

Preach. My strep went undiagnosed and ended up with Rheumatic fever.

Going with malaria also. Takes a genetic mutation to slow it down. Plus, a good gin and tonic helps.
