I’m trying to make sense of this. Is it a Costco promotion or a PC Mag one? My membership expired a few months back, but it says must be 18+ months expired to qualify. Getting my wife to sign up tomorrow.

$120 for executive membership. Yes I believe it's a 1% cash back check on all purchases (not sure how it's used with a Costco credit card) and I believe it may offer extra benefits outside of just that. You used to be able to go an hour early before normal opening hours but they stopped that years ago.
We generally spend enough to get our $120 back and split the membership with our MIL.
