Didn’t Kerry lose a foot in a motorcycle accident and still wrestle for a few years?

Yes he did. I was reading this last night. He kept it secret and would even shower with his boots on sometimes to keep people from seeing the prosthetic. He got hooked on pain pills after the amputation.

I watched all the time as a kid. I don't care for it now but those shoot interviews are great to read about all the behind the scenes chaos.

Pretty much any shoot about World Class talks about the drug scene there and how zonked our the Von Erichs in particular were.

It doesn’t even go into some of the other characters from there such as Gino Hernandez, who was found dead with supposedly the largest amount of coke ever found in someone’s system by the Dallas coroner.

I know both Lacey and her sister, Hollie. Both live relatively normal lives, all things considered.

Col.Debeers yanked Kerry's boot off during a match revealing his stump.

As bad as the Von Erich tragedies were (FIVE of 6 die in all), WCCW was just as bad. Gono Hernandez, Chris Adams, Bruiser Brody each have tragic endings. I believe 19 of them died before age 36.

Yes this was him

It was bad. As kids we knew something wasn’t right. Our parents had to explain that he was probably “on dope”.

It was obvious in interviews and everything.

Wrestlers and porn stars seem to have similar trajectories and life expectancy

Brody got murdered in Puerto Rico by "invader 2"
It was believed to be a revenge tactic since Brody supposedly roughed him up in matches from the previous years that were not in Puerto Rico

I think invader 2 also threatened either savio vega or tony atlas shortly after stabbing Brody. tony also carried Brody to the ambulance truck. The truck took forever to get at the site despite the ambulance station not being far away. It was all setup by invader and Carlos colon and policia.

Then the wrestles in the states received their "summons" after a "hearing" it was bs

That’s pretty much what Savio Vega said, along with the cops being unable to speak English so Invader’s tag partner was translating the witness interviews.

Vega is as close as we will probably get to the truth since I doubt Carlos Colon or Invader will talk and Victor Quinones is dead.

So was the Ultimate Warrior a Von Erich? He definitely had a Von Erich look about him.
