Their definition of psychopath encompasses a highly intelligent person who can compartmentalize emotions in light of circumstances and let logic rule. I don't think that makes you a psycho, it just makes you practical. I would say most Special Forces guys I know fit that description. The Selection process looks for people with the focus and drive to complete the mission regardless of their feelings on the matter. Likewise, they are to a person highly intelligent. I find it insulting to call those people psychopaths.
I think the articles definition is BS.

what jobs are most attractive to psychopaths? Here’s the list, originally published online by Eric Barker:
1. CEO
2. Lawyer
3. Media (Television/Radio)
4. Salesperson
5. Surgeon
6. Journalist
7. Police officer
8. Clergy person
9. Chef
10. Civil servant
I figured politician had to be #1.
at least there are lawyers at #2. same thing, sort of. except for Trump, who's door #1, CEO.

I guess it's a all surgeons are doctors but not all doctors are surgeons type of thing. I thought that was strange.

I think the writer is using "psychopath" where I would use the term "sociopath". I thought that psychological pathologies would necessarily include some "psychotic" feature.

Most beauticians are batshit crayzy. I'm surprised this was included in the least crazy list.

If I wanted to avoid working with the least number of psychopaths, does that not indicate that I want to work with a greater number of psychopaths?
