My earlier post I meant to say "cooked" not "raw."

I almost always mix it with raw spinach, with mushrooms. Cutting the ribs out and scrunching it up will help. The scrunching will make it more tender. It sounds stupid, but it works (about a minute's worth).

Try to get some hemp hearts and sprinkle them on a salad. They are full of Omegas and taste really good. They are good by themselves too.
