Rouge, yesterday you posted about raw kale being terrible. It is, if you don't prepare it correctly.

The trick is to remove the ribs (they are tough) and to sprinkle a little sea salt on them as that makes raw kale less bitter. You need to chop it and then spend a minute or so "kneading" it - it will help.

Raw is much better. I generally don' like the taste cooked, but there are some things you can do to spruce up the taste.

I usually cut it up and mix it in with raw spinach to make a salad.
