We had a client back in the day in Raleigh. We'd go to his site about once every few months, and my work partner and I would always have to take him out to lunch.
This sick bastard always chose a strip club for lunch. A crappy hot bar. I never had a need for strip clubs, especially when I want a good lunch. I couldn't stand taking him out to lunch. We were allowed a $25 per diem each for lunch.. and this was back in the mid 90s. We had nice per diem.
$15 for breakfast
$25 for lunch
$35 for dinner
