I get that hardcore progressives account for a much higher proportion of Twitter’s workforce than the population as a whole. And I get that there are legit reasons to be pissed at certain segments of that workforce given their actions over the past few years.

But your reaction to this is A) completely manic and B) a bit sadistic.

I don’t really GAF what happens to Twitter as a company - I think modern social media is terrible for society as a whole. But I’m not going to literally celebrate thousands of people losing their jobs either. Even if 80% of the folks getting fired belong to the group you keep talking about, 20% don’t.

Take your lithium.

"You're laughing. 4,000 people just lost their jobs, and you're laughing."

Lol, Every single person telling you that you shouldn't be happy about Musk purging Twitter is playing the "enlightened centrist" bullshite. I didn't know OweO had so many alters.

No, they’re being paid as full time employees for the next 3 months
Then they’ll probably also get a severance

Bull fricking shite. These assholes tried to get millions of people fired from their job for not complying with corrupt government orders that were also illegal. Excuse me if I don’t celebrate this:
I don't recall a single Twitter employee getting ANYONE fired from their job. You are so eaten up with jealousy that you are confusing and conflating things.

These guys had a job at a really good company that treated them well. I am guessing that it was better than any job you ever had to have you carrying on like this.

I like when they think the "Roe v. Wade" issue is forefront on all American's minds and not the economy. Saw someone yesterday with a "Roe, Roe, Roe your Vote" shirt on yesterday and was wondering how far out of touch that person was.

Saw an old scraggly hippie broad wearing one a while back. I laughed.

Have you just heard of Twitter today?

Yeah, I'm so jealous I'm not a worthless frick that I simply works to drink wine and iced mochas. No I am glad I am not a Twitter employee, at least the former Twitter. I couldn't put up with their shite for five seconds, but I'd like to help Elon mold it into his vision. Yo Elon, how about you hire me for 300K a year plus moving expenses and I'll clean up that fricking mess. I'm a hell of deal compared to Vijaya who was making $17 million a year and I won't commit multiple felonies like she did. Let me prove my worth for a year or two and we can go from there.

It was a fricking daycare for infantile adults. What they did was not work. A Day in the Life of a Twitter Employee

I'm on commission, so if I don't earn my company money, then I starve and I'm out. It's a good job and my results are very measurable. It's just no one in my industry does much on Fridays unless it's the end of the month. These people are worthless and according to themselves the organization is filled with commies who work less than 4 hours a week. So yeah, that is a cush job and thus should be fired.

Except that Vajaya could do her job and you would suck at it.

Sucks that your job sucks like that. This may surprise you but software developers at most companies don't sit at a desk and code for 8 hours a day. It's because they get paid to think about solutions and implement them correctly. Good developers are valued for their intellect, not their ability to type so many words a minute.

Anyway, enough debating you today. It seems like seeing people in better jobs than you losing said jobs is making today one of the happiest days of your life. I don't want to ruin that for you.

And I've got that. I intentionally chose low base for high commission. I love my job.

Vajaya committed life imprisonment levels of felonies at Twitter. The reason she cried is because there's a good chance she's going to jail for a while over what she did. She directly collaborated with the DHS and the Feds to suppress the election and several dozen other subjects meeting with them monthly. Yeah, I'm not a fricking criminal, so I wouldn't be capable of doing what she did. I hope she dies in prison for everything she's done.

I posted the video of what they do all day: drink iced mochas, have expensive meals, meditate, play foosball, cornhole, and then drink kombucha and wine. That's all they do. That's daycare. That is not a job. There is no product being offered that they are selling. It is the real life Jerryboree!

Yeah, frick off back to your daycare.

"Really good company that treated them well"? Based on what criteria? Last I read their books were in the red & there were employees admitting to being communists not interested in company profits. Others were bragging about only working 6-7-8 hours a week. At home. The workers who deserve sympathy are the hundreds s of Keystone Pipeline workers, the 1000's of coalminers, all who were laid off by biden & the DNC. They got zero in severance packages or an extra 2-3 mths of pay. For not working. Of course, libs feeling sorry for libs is only expected.

He means that they treat them like toddlers at a daycare except replace the milk and cookies with mochas and booze. I would not want to be treated that way by my company. Honestly, it just seems to me to be a way for rich parents to get rid of their Woke kids driving them nuts.

Lol exactly. I knew a family when I lived in Dallas that was like that. The dad was a former fund manager for Invesco who made a bazillion dollars and retired at 41 when his kids were little. Since the kids grew up around 2 parents that lounged around all day they are totally ruined and spoiled. Each spent 5+ years in college getting bullshite majors while studying abroad half the time. One works in a restaurant 3 days a week while living in a posh apartment in Boston (daddy’s money) and the other lives abroad doing God knows what. Whole family are massive liberals. Nice people but their social media is complete Marxist garbage.
