I never liked that show and I just realized part of the reason is probably because there wasn't a bad arse type character.
Two and a half men is probably my favorite sitcom.. What does it have? A dude who likes to drink, gamble and chase skirts.

Ive only seen parts of episodes of Will & Grace and not many episodes of Friends, but they both seem to lake a real man's man.

Sorry we aren't all backwoods hillbilly rednecks who never leave our rural surroundings to get a taste of what a different life might be like. We aren't all scared of "the big city" and fearful that people might think our accents, coupled with woeful education levels, may lead people to question our intelligence. We don't all live in constant fear of having to prove our heterosexuality and man-card credentials for fear of our friends, neighbors, or co-workers thinking we're "soy boys" or "queers".
Maybe flip on Bonanza, or The Lone Ranger, instead of bitching about Friends. I'm not even too much of a fan of Friends but the insecurities y'all put on display with these sorts of shows are rather telling.

I hate this show - I never watched it when it came out - I never wanted the Rachel haircut
We played the damned theme song in high school in band - I played out of tune on purpose
